We want to unite the women, female-identifying, and non-binary who work in the distilled spirits industry to empower one another and inspire future generations. Together, we can educate, encourage, and enlighten, ultimately breaking down barriers and creating a more inclusive and diverse industry.

When You Join Today

When you join Spirited Collective today, you will:

• Play a Crucial Role in the Continuation of the Platform and its Purpose Development: Those who join the Collective in its early stages can significantly influence the platform's content and direction. You can play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform's future success and availability for future generations by participating in and contributing to the available content to all platform members.
• Help Determine Offered Networking Events:  This group will work with the Founders to help set the tone and agenda for the entire platform. One of the most critical components to achieving our goals is to provide opportunities for regular networking events where you can converse and interact with other members. Through these face-to-face and virtual encounters, you will exchange ideas, learn from contemporaries, and gain insider perspectives. This will provide fresh insights and can pave the way for potential collaborations.
• Industry Chat Sessions: Join engaging discussions with experienced leaders and newcomers to share their journeys, challenges, and triumphs.  This is a valuable opportunity to learn from the Collectives' experiences and gain insights omitted in a traditional forum.
• Content Development: Review the launch content provided by the Advisory Board members while offering your own books, events, articles, and insights to help enrich the available content. This will help create an ever-growing and effective place for the Collective to find technical, personal, and professional resources.
